Find support with:

  • Learning new ways to navigate "the same arguments" that arise over and over again

  • Making important decisions together

  • Using transformative communication strategies

  • Increasing trust and safety

  • Fortifying relationships that already feel great

  • Engaging mindfully in early-relationship and pre-marital counseling

You and your partner deserve the support of a caring relationship therapist to help your connection thrive.

Romantic relationships are a place of immense growth, beauty, and challenge. Being partnered can feel constricting or lonely at times, and at others, freeing and connected. Couples therapy offers helpful frameworks for understanding why obstacles arise in romantic partnerships, and helps you build skills for working through them.

My approach

is warm, humorous, and non-judgmental. The approach, called Imago Relationship Therapy, is based on the book Getting the Love You Want by Dr. Harville Hendrix and Dr. Helen LaKelly Hunt.
